Friendship Pot Luck Supper on Tuesday, January 26th, 2010 at 6pm in the church hall. No charge for this meal. Please bring a dish large enough to serve about 6 people. If you are unable to prepare a dish, come along anyway, there will be lots of food. Supper will start at 6pm; music at 7:00pm. You’ll be on your way by 7:30pm. Please bring your own plate, cup and cutlery. Coffee/tea will be provided. Friendship Church is a “nut-free” church so ensure that all food is free of nuts, traces of nuts or peanut butter. Sing-a-long with the Friendship Worship Band after supper.
Skating Party on Sunday, February 7th. Bring a brown bag lunch for after the service and then enjoy skating on the outdoor rink.
Annual Congregational Meeting at 12:30pm on Sunday, February 21’st. Pot luck lunch before the meeting.

On Friday, April 2'nd there will be a joint Good Friday Service at Friendship United Church. Worship with the congregations of Friendship and Wesley United Churches.
Easter Sunday, Sunday, April 4th, 2010, with Coffee & Fellowship following the service. All are welcome to stay to enjoy each other’s company, along with a light snack.

Mark your calendar -- Vacation Bible School for children age 4 to 12 will be held at Friendship United Church in Demorestville. Monday to Friday from 9am - 3pm from August 9 - 13th, 2010. Childcare available from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Register by calling 613-476-2020 by August 3'rd. Please print the registration form on the VBS section of this website, complete it, and bring it along on the first day. The theme this year is "Discover the Untamed Nature of God in the Wildwood Forest!" See you there!
“Jesus 24/7: A short course in Faith for the Questioning Christian”. This course with Rev. Robin continues every other Sunday. Bring a brown bag lunch and participate in the course afterward, from 12:30pm - 2pm. If you have questions, and to confirm dates, call Rev. Robin at 613-476-2020. Come and see where your faith takes you. All are welcome and encouraged to participate.
The Friendship Bible Study meets every other Wednesday at 7:00pm at the church. The group is now undertaking a study on Heaven. Please call John Tomlinson, 613-476-4722 for more information. New members are welcome.
